Undercar Specialty Warehouse Accepts returns under the following policy:
Custom or Special Orders are Non-Refundable Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier, and a claim must be filed with them within 24 hours. In cases of lost shipments, at customer's request we will ship the product again and bill the customer. Upon notification from the carrier that the product has been located or notification that they were unable to locate the product and credit has been issued to Undercar Specialty Warehouse, at that time we will issue a credit or refund. |
